Pause an Inventory Count

When a released Inventory Count needs to be put on hold instead of being performed right away, you can Pause the Count until you are ready to re-release it.

1. Click Inventory in the left navigation menu and select Inventory Counts.

The Inventory Counts Hub will display.

2. Locate the Inventory Count to Pause, click the box to the left of it, then click Pause in the Counts tab toolbar.

3. Review the details are correct in the confirmation window, then click the Pause count button.

The Inventory Count will be paused, ensuring it cannot be performed until it is re-released.
