Manage Billing Codes

Billing Codes are used in conjunction with Operation Codes and Contracts to generate Billing Records. Each Line in a Contract is assigned a Billing Code, which determines how its revenue will be distributed.

Prerequisites

Please Note

  • Operation Codes, Billing Strategies, Terms, Currencies, and Tax Schedules must already be configured.

  • Billing Contracts can be used along with external accounting software.

1. Click Billing in the left navigation menu, then select Billing Contracts in the submenu.

 

The Billing Contracts Hub will display.

 

1. Click Manage in the top toolbar and select Billing Codes.

The Billing Codes list will appear.

2. Click the + Add Billing Code option in the top toolbar.

3. In the New Billing Code window, enter the Name of the new code.

4. Enter the Description for the new code.

 

1. Once all the new code details have been entered, click the purple Confirm button in the top left corner of the window.
