Deactivate a Contract

1. Click Billing in the left navigation menu, then select Billing Contracts in the submenu.

The Billing Contracts Hub will display.

1. Locate the Billing Contract to be deactivated and click the check box to select it.

1. Click the Deactivate option in the Billing Contracts tab toolbar.

2. Click the purple Deactivate button in the confirmation window.

A deactivated Billing Contract will no longer create Billing Records and will only appear in the Billing Contracts Hub when filtering for Deactivated Billing Contracts.
