Overview
The Pallet Transactions section allows you to view all the Pallet Transactions in the system.

Main Screen Layout
The Pallet Transactions section is divided into two parts: the Transaction Filter, and the Transaction List.
1. Transaction Filter
You can enter specific terms here, and the displayed Transactions will match those terms.
2. Transaction List
A list of all Transactions that match the specified terms.
Transaction Filter
Once you enter terms in these fields, the Transaction List will automatically populate with results. The New Transaction button opens a pop-up window, allowing you to create a new Pallet Transaction (the same window as the Create Pallet Transaction section).
| Owner: | A drop-down menu from which you can select the Owner for the Transactions. |
| Project: | A drop-down menu from which you can select the Project for the Transactions. |
| Account: | A drop-down menu from which you can select the Account associated with the Transactions. |
| Carrier: | A drop-down menu from which you can select the Carrier associated with the Transactions. |
| Pallet Class: | A drop-down menu from which you can select the type of Pallet involved in the Transactions. |
| From/To: | A range of dates, between which the Transaction took place. |
Transaction List
Transaction Information
| ID: | The system-generated LookUp Code for the Pallet Transaction. |
| Date: | The Date on which the Transaction took place. |
| Amount: | The number of Pallets involved in the Transaction. A negative number indicates Pallets leaving the Warehouse. |
| Pallet Class: | The type of Pallet involved in the Transaction. |
| Project: | The LookUp Code for the Project for the Transaction. |
| Owner LookUp Code: | The LookUp Code for the Owner for the Transaction. |
| Account: | The LookUp Code for the Account associated with the Transaction. |
| Carrier Name: | The Carrier associated with the Transaction. |
| Reference: | The Reference Number for the Transaction. |
| Notes: | Any Notes in the system for the Transaction. |
| Reference Carrier Name: | The Carrier associated with the Reference Number for the Transaction. |
| Shipment #: | The LookUp Code for the Shipment associated with the Transaction. |
| Employee: | The name of the Footprint User who entered the Transaction. |
| Project Name: | The Name of the Project for the Transaction. |
| Owner Name: | The Name of the Owner for the Transaction. |
| Account Name: | The Name of the Account associated with the Transaction. |
