Overview
The Update License Plate sections allows you to update the Weights or Serial Numbers on a License Plate.
From here you can...
- Edit the Weights of Materials on a License Plate
Inventory List
This screen displays all Materials on the loaded License Plate that have Serial Numbers.
Scan or enter the License Plate LookUp Code in the License Plate field, and tap or press F5 is the Materials do not automatically populate.
Tapping F1: Edit Weights or pressing the F1 key allows you to edit the weights of the selected Materials.
Tapping F2: Back or pressing the F2 key takes you back to the main menu.
Information
| Material: | The LookUp Code of the Material. |
| Lot: | The Lot LookUp Code for the Materials. |
| Quantity: | The number of Packages of the Material on the License Plate. |
| Package: | The Packaging Type for the Materials. |
| Gross: | The Gross Weight of the item, including their Packaging. |
| Net: | The Net Weight of the item, without its Packaging. |
| UOM: | The Unit by which the Weight is Measured. |
Edit Weights
This screen allows you to edit the Weights and Serial Numbers of each individual item on the License Plate.
All Materials are listed by Serial Number, with Net and Gross Weights displayed (next to which you can see the weight Unit of Measurement).
Tapping F1: Submit or pressing the F1 key updates the weights and/or Serial Number of each Material.
Tapping F2: Back or pressing the F2 key takes you back to the Inventory List screen.
