Cancel an order

Sometimes, after an order is submitted, it may not be needed. However, you might want to keep it reference. In such cases, you can cancel the order - this way, it remains visible for review, but it cannot be resubmitted or processed.

Cancel a Receiving Order from the hub

1. On the Orders hub in the Receiving orders tab, locate the row containing the order to be canceled, check the box to the left, then click Cancel in the tab toolbar.

Multiple orders with a Created or Ready to receive status can be selected and cancelled.

2. Review the order(s) to be canceled in the confirmation pop-up window, then click the Proceed button.

3. After the cancellation processes, click the OK button to close the confirmation window.

The canceled order(s) will now only appear in the Receiving orders tab when filtering for orders with the Cancelled status.

Cancel a Receiving Order from the order

1. On the Orders hub in the Receiving orders tab, locate the row containing the order to be canceled, and click the Order hyperlink.

Only orders with a Created or Ready to receive status can be selected and canceled.

2. In the Order, click the Cancel button in the order toolbar along the top.

3. Verify you want to proceed with cancellation by clicking the Yes button.

4. After the cancellation processes, click the OK button to close the confirmation window.

The canceled order will now only appear in the Receiving orders tab when filtering for orders with a Cancelled status.

Cancel a Shipping Order from the hub

1. On the Orders hub in the Shipping orders tab, locate the row containing the order to be canceled, check the box to the left, then click Cancel in the tab toolbar.

Multiple orders with a Created or Ready to pick state can be selected and canceled.

2. Review the order(s) to be canceled in the confirmation pop-up window, then click the Proceed button.

3. After the cancellation processes, click the OK button to close the confirmation window.

The canceled order(s) will now only appear in the Shipping orders tab when filtering for orders in Cancelled status.

Cancel a Shipping Order from the order

1. On the Orders hub in the Shipping orders tab, locate the row containing the order to be canceled, and click the Order hyperlink.

Only orders with a Created or Ready to pick state can be selected and canceled.

2. In the Order, click the Cancel button in the order toolbar along the top.

3. Verify you want to proceed with cancellation by clicking the Yes button.

4. After the cancellation processes, click the OK button to close the confirmation window.
